1. Agreement
By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or using services provided by Ceylonova Global Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide inbound tour operator services in Sri Lanka, including packaged tours, custom itineraries, transport, guide services, and related travel arrangements. Specific inclusions and exclusions are listed on each package page and in your booking confirmation.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking request submitted through our website or via email/WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase services. Your booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and receive any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in LKR, USD, or EUR as shown on each package or in your booking confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due as specified in your confirmation. Prices may change before confirmation but are fixed once your booking is confirmed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on notice period: more than 30 days before travel — full refund minus administrative fee; 15–30 days — 50% refund; less than 15 days — non-refundable unless we can resell the booking. No-shows are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.
6. Changes by the Traveller
Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees or rate differences. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability of hotels, guides, or activities.
7. Changes by Us
We may modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. We will offer comparable alternatives where possible. If a significant change is required, we will notify you promptly.
8. Traveller Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. You must follow local laws, respect cultural sites, and comply with your guide’s safety instructions. We are not liable for losses arising from failure to meet entry requirements or personal negligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceylonova Global Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
