Booking & Payment
Browse our packages online and submit a booking request with your travel dates and group size. Our team confirms availability within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp before any payment is collected.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash in LKR, USD, or EUR. A deposit is typically required to confirm your booking; the balance can be paid before or during your trip in the currency shown on your confirmation.
Package prices on our website are shown in LKR, USD, or EUR — each package displays its currency clearly. Custom quotes can be prepared in your preferred currency. Card payments may be settled in your bank’s currency at their exchange rate.
Yes. Groups of six or more travellers and corporate incentive trips may qualify for tailored pricing. Contact us with your dates and group size for a custom quote.
Tours & Itineraries
Absolutely. Tell us your dates, interests, and budget — we design bespoke routes covering culture, wildlife, beaches, or hill country. Custom itineraries are our specialty.
Yes. All our packages include private air-conditioned transport with an experienced driver and an English-speaking licensed guide. Other languages can be arranged on request.
Inclusions vary by package but typically cover transport, guide services, accommodation, and entrance fees as listed on each package page. Meals and personal expenses are noted separately.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible and we will adjust your itinerary, accommodation, and transport accordingly.
Travel & Logistics
Yes. We offer pickup and drop-off from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) and Colombo-area hotels. Airport transfers can also be booked as a standalone service.
Sri Lanka is a year-round destination. The west and south coasts are best from November to April; the east coast from May to September. Hill country is pleasant year-round with cooler temperatures.
Most nationalities require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or visa before arrival. We recommend applying online via the official Sri Lanka immigration portal before you travel.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and adventure activities such as safaris and hiking.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation terms depend on how close to the travel date you cancel. More than 30 days: full refund minus admin fee. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: non-refundable unless we can resell the slot. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees or rate differences. Contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your new dates.
Notify us via WhatsApp as soon as you know. We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times at no extra charge for reasonable delays.
Safety & Support
We provide 24/7 WhatsApp support for all confirmed bookings. Your driver and guide also carry our emergency contact number throughout your journey.
Yes. All vehicles are registered and insured for tourist transport. Our guides hold valid licenses issued by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
Sri Lanka is generally safe for visitors. We plan routes using current local knowledge, reputable partners, and vetted accommodations. Follow your guide’s advice and standard travel precautions.
